Anti-Semitism and anti-Muslim racism are both inhuman attitudes that need to be considered together. However, in everyday life and in the living environment of young people, there are always incompatibilities, exclusions and relativizations.

We were in Berlin with young people on a seminar trip on the subject of anti-Semitism and anti-Muslim racism. In the seminar we started from our experiences, our identities, group memberships and connections to other people. We dealt with our diverse identity characteristics and how discrimination works. Here we looked in particular at the Israel-Palestine conflict and what significance it has for us in Germany. For this we worked together with IBIM e.V.

In addition to the seminar, we looked around the capital and visited the Bundestag. Here we were also able to meet the Bundestag member of the SPD for Frankfurt/Main, Kaweh Mansoori, and ask many questions. We had a great time and the table football did the rest.
