The seminar is a supplement and extension of the seminar trip "Ran an die Arbeit? Empowerment seminar in the transition from school to work" from July 2025. It serves to reflect on the previous process in the discussion, deepening and at the same time addressing new school/career transitioners. The young people who took part in the seminar trip are now in training companies and experience the world of paid work directly. This is where we start and discuss the results of the seminar trip, new experiences and considerations: Get to work? But which one and what is work anyway?

We also address young people who are new to this phase and want to strengthen learning from each other and exchange ideas. In this way, experiences can be shared, fears discussed and joint ideas developed on how participation in the training place and in the company can be successful.
