Experiences and strategies are diverse, and a common approach can be valuable to deal with racism and also to strengthen ourselves together. This workshop aims to create a safe space for the exchange and empowerment of civic educators of color. The focus is to share experiences and needs from the professional context, and to identify possibilities for action for the practice they need to continue their work and their own well-being.
