We are all different and all part of this society. It is permeated by power relations and at the same time a place of negotiation processes and conflicts about how to shape it. We always experience and shape society through mechanisms of inclusion and exclusion based on visible and invisible identity characteristics. Discrimination based on such identity characteristics makes life more difficult for many at different levels, while others do not even notice the obstacles. This social framework of opportunities and barriers can be changed through collective action.

In our seminar, we will discuss what defines us, what experiences we have and, above all, what different possibilities and strategies there are to deal with them and to strengthen each other. We focus on our resources and strengths and look for common paths into our future.
