We are all different and we are all part of this society. It is permeated by power relations and at the same time a place of negotiation processes and conflicts about its design. Especially in the transition from school to work, and additionally with the different evaluation of qualifications, these questions can be discussed in a focused and concrete way for the participants' lives.

In our seminar, we exchange ideas about what defines us, what experiences we have, and, above all, what different options and strategies there are for dealing with this and also for strengthening each other. We focus on our resources and strengths and seek common paths into our future.
